bdtfan Platform Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdtfan ("bdtfan", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your registration, access, and use of the bdtfan website located at https://bdtfan.com and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, promotions, and customer support.

By creating an account on bdtfan, by depositing funds, by placing any bet or wager, or by accessing any part of the platform that requires authentication, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be fully bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bdtfan platform.

These Terms apply alongside and are to be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms that may be published by bdtfan from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a promotional-specific document, the promotional document shall take precedence only with respect to the specific promotion it covers.

The bdtfan platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or access any real-money feature of the platform. By using bdtfan, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

bdtfan reserves the right to request age verification documents at any stage of the registration process or at any point during a player's active use of the platform. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, bdtfan may restrict a player's ability to withdraw funds.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be permanently and immediately closed. All funds held in such an account will be returned to the depositing payment method after deducting any winnings derived from games played during the period of underage use, as underage participation is a breach of these Terms.

In addition to age, you must meet the following eligibility criteria to use bdtfan:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of bdtfan or any of its affiliated game studio partners.
• You must not be self-excluded from the bdtfan platform or under a cooling-off period at the time of registration or re-registration.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information during the registration process. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the bdtfan platform at any given time. Creating duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same or a different name, phone number, email address, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. All accounts found to be duplicates will be closed and any balances associated with them may be forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide a valid mobile phone number, a functional email address, your full legal name as it appears on your national identity documents, and your date of birth. This information is used for identity verification, account recovery, and compliance purposes. bdtfan will not share this information with third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bdtfan will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.

bdtfan reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point. Players will be asked to submit identity documents, proof of address, and — where applicable — proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bdtfan may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

bdtfan supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

Deposits are typically credited to your bdtfan account within 5 minutes of a successful payment confirmation from your mobile financial service provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, please contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification. Once KYC is verified, standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours during normal operating conditions. During high-traffic periods — such as during BPL finals, IPL knockout matches, or major T20 World Cup fixtures — processing times may be slightly extended. bdtfan will communicate any known delays proactively.

• Funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for deposits, for anti-money-laundering compliance purposes.
• bdtfan reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds if a transaction triggers a compliance review.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if there is an open dispute, an active bonus wagering requirement, or a pending KYC verification on the account.
• bdtfan does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own standard service charges, which are outside bdtfan's control.
• Deposited funds that have not been used in any game or bet for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity administration fee of ৳200, following written notification to the player.

bdtfan offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, or the ICC T20 World Cup.

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry date applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion's terms at the time of the offer.

The following general rules apply to all bdtfan bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged, or converted to cash before the applicable wagering requirement is met in full.
• bdtfan reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that no existing wagering requirement in progress is cancelled.
• Bets placed using bonus funds that do not meet the minimum odds requirement specified in the promotion terms will not count toward the wagering requirement.
• In the event that a player attempts to exploit, abuse, or manipulate any bonus offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements artificially, or collusion with other players — bdtfan reserves the right to void the bonus, confiscate associated winnings, and close the player's account.
• Bonus funds are played first, before real-money funds, unless a player explicitly opts out of a bonus after acceptance.

As a registered player on bdtfan, you agree to use the platform in good faith, in compliance with these Terms, and in a manner that does not harm or disadvantage other players, bdtfan, or any third-party service provider. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdtfan platform:

• Fraud & Deception: Using fraudulent payment methods, providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or submitting forged documents.
• Technical Exploitation: Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or platform feature for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Collusion & Match-Fixing: Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes, or placing bets on sporting events in which you have insider knowledge or a direct ability to influence the result.
• Money Laundering: Using the bdtfan platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or to conceal the origin of such funds. bdtfan complies with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) principles and will report suspicious activity where required.
• Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, software, or any automated tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit promotional offers.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargeback requests with your bank or mobile financial service provider for deposits that were legitimately processed by bdtfan.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward bdtfan staff or other players via any communication channel.

bdtfan reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, suspected underage use, or compliance with a legal obligation or regulatory directive.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the bdtfan support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, bdtfan will process the closure within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any active bonus funds subject to an incomplete wagering requirement) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

Players who are closing their account for responsible gaming reasons (i.e., because they feel their gambling is becoming a problem) are encouraged to request a self-exclusion rather than a simple closure. All content on the bdtfan platform — including but not limited to the bdtfan logo, brand name, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of bdtfan or is licensed to bdtfan by its respective owners (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and Microgaming).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdtfan platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or create derivative works from any content or technology on the bdtfan platform without the prior written consent of bdtfan.

The game content displayed on bdtfan — including game mechanics, artwork, audio, and mathematics — remains the property of the respective game studios and is protected by international intellectual property law. Any unauthorised use of game content is a violation of those studios' rights, not just bdtfan's.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdtfan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to a technical error subsequently corrected, loss of data, interruption of service, or unauthorised access to your account.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet — including server errors, software bugs, or connectivity issues — bdtfan reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wager to the player's account. bdtfan will not be held liable for any winnings that a player believes they would have achieved had the malfunction not occurred.

bdtfan uses commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, bdtfan does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and accepts no liability for losses caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or circumstances beyond bdtfan's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures or third-party payment system outages.

bdtfan reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bdtfan will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the bdtfan platform upon next login.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the bdtfan platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

bdtfan recommends that players review these Terms periodically — particularly before making a significant deposit or claiming a major promotional offer — to ensure they are familiar with the current version. Previous versions of these Terms may be requested from the support team for reference purposes.
